Richardson Smith Architects has developed master plans and site design solutions for all types of projects. This often involves planning for how a project may be phased or how a project may be developed to meet critical and sometimes restrictive zoning regulations such as building mass and height limitations or onsite parking requirements. Increasingly, environmental issues such as wetland designations or greenspace and tree protection affect what is possible for the development of a site.

Our office is knowledgeable and experienced with all local zoning, site planning and environmental ordinances to ensure that a project meets the required design criteria.
